Casualty Care Rescue Randy is a full-body manikin that has been uniquely designed to provide enhanced and realistic training for treating the top three preventable causes of death, which are:

1. Massive Bleeding
2. Tension Pneumothorax
3. Airway Obstruction

The Casualty Care Rescue Randy will address both the training needs and the curricula for Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) for armed forces service members, and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) for all EMS/EMT/LEO professionals.

• Pumping system with regulator simulating human blood flow pressure (2-3 psi)
• Manual foot operated pumping system allows 3 wounds to bleed simultaneously
• Optional electric, deluxe blood pumping system available to bleed 4 wounds simultaneously

• Needle Decompression at the 2nd/3rd Intercostal space in the mid-clavicular line

Penetrating Chest Wound
• Allows for occlusive dressing

The Casualty Care Rescue Randy Basic Kit includes a hard transfer case, outer skin (1), inner skin (1), foot pump with regulator (1), trachea (10), repairable neck skin (3), and a silicone repair kit.
